Job Description

Candidate should have minimum 5 years of total experience in sales & among them 2 years into life insurance sales experience is mandatory preferably in Partner channel as a front line manager in any Life Insurance company.

Must have good social and client relationship network in specific location where we do have opening.
Having good communication skills with digital awareness.
Capable enough to recruit the partners and train the team & get the sales done through them.

If they have any team handling experience in their earlier career would add on advantage for this role.
