Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Source to Pay Consulting
Source to Pay is an important practice at Genpact. It contributes to a significant part of Genpact s growth and is a priority for the Company. We need subject matter and solution design specialists to enhance our current S2P capabilities, response to market and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP).
Help build a S2P practice function that provides current and prospective clients with the best and winning solution driven by leading industry standard methodologies in S2P, solutions to improve their sourcing and procurement functions, creating collateral/IP to continue as a leader among service providers, and actively drive winning new deals.
This position offers a high level of visibility with Senior Client Sourcing/Finance Stakeholders and requires communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. The P2P Functional Lead will be responsible for deploying the Coupa solution for major customer projects. As a functional expert, s/he will help lead the customer in the build, testing, and deployment of the Cloud solution and associated business processes while providing project planning and management within the P2P space.
Responsibilities
Manage Project scope and timeline
Educate Customer on Coupa Cloud solutions
Map, configure and document customer s P2P Business process
Gather Requirements for solution design and P2P configuration
Drive best in class business P2P processes implementation on SAP Coupa Cloud solutions
Coordinate and communicate with team members across multiple stream, services and organizations
Own customer satisfaction during the successful deployment of solutions
Review customer s test cases and scripts
Participate in Training
Identify, manage and escalate project issues and risks as appropriate
Point of contact for overall P2P deployment
Document configurations to Coupa application and Network
Provide guidance to and work closely with Catalog and Supplier Enablement Leads
Assist in implementation of practices in different accounts.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Functional / Business Process experience in Coupa.
University degree, preferably in business.
Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Strong consulting skills and teamwork
SAP Coupa software implementation experience.
Project Management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Commercially Savvy and ability to interact with CXO level.
Experience with an Oracle ERP would be a plus
