Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Source to PayIn this role, the Global Lean Leader will be accountable for operationalizing the Lean approach and for the business impact of continuous improvement in Operational Controllership.
Responsibilities
- Contemporize brand of Source to Pay, by implementing Lean Way of operating
- Help with the communication process, with our customers
- Specifically, implement Lean way of operating within-
- Operations, as culture
- Day to day Operation management
- Operating reviews with businesses
- Incorporate Lean within PMO process in measuring project progress and delivering/exceeding on 2021 productivity commitments
- Partner with Lean Leaders to establish and execute on waste elimination and continuous improvement
- Bachelors Degree with related work experience
- Prior leadership experience in Quality and Lean Six Sigma.
- Demonstrated experience for leading Lean projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable productivity and quality improvements.
- Competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
- Digital transformation mindset
- Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions
- Able to magnify themes, working across centers, to drive outcomes
- Working knowledge of Financial and ERP systems a plus
- Expertise in core Finance competencies (FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk, etc.)
- Desire to be part of a leading-edge organization with tight deadlines, global enterprise scope, and high expectations, ability to learn new technology, processes, organizations, data sets, and use cases fast and create solutions immediately
- Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of strategic scope and impact
- Experience working with Shared Service organizations
- Experience with finance systems (example- Oracle, SAP, Hyperion)
- Experience with modern data visualization tools like Tableau, Spotfire
- Experience with digital transformation and automation (Robotic automation, Finance Data Lake)
