Job Description:
- Full Stack Developers responsible for developing and designing front end/back end architecture.
- Keeps abreast of current technology trends and familiar with application development best practices
- Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision or direction.
- Strong technical, interpersonal and organizational skills a must. Demonstrated success in developing software for larger multi-disciplined groups required.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices required including experience with several SCM tools (GitHub, SVN) and build tools such as Maven.
- Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business.
- Performance testing experience with JEE, SAP BOXI applications
- Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture
- Work with analyst and development teams to develop innovative technical solutions, provide input to project roadmaps, provide estimates for technical components and technical consulting as required.
- Collaborate with users, QA and Management to ensure that enhancements and application defects are managed effectively. Communicate status of development activities as required.
- Should be able to understand & architect the solution with the tools available readily in the market
- Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software applications.
- Involved in test planning, writing test cases/scripts, test case automation, PERFORMANCE test execution and analysis of PERFORMANCE test results
- Capable of delivering a reliable and scalable service tightly integrated and automated on cloud or off cloud platform infrastructure
- Should be able to support automating build and release processes, build management, and dependency management
- Ensure Code quality and participate in the code review meetings.
- Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products
- Ability to write and execute performancetest scripts in relevant environments
- Ability to create reusable performance test scripts "
- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React andjs.
- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
- PERFORMANCE testing experience with relevant automation and monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools (e.g. HP ALM, JMeter etc.).
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Agile Scrum Methodology
- Experience with software development, including J2EE design patterns and frameworks, Java, Spring, Hibernate, Facelets, XML/XSLT, Web 3.0, Node js, web services, SOAP, REST, MangoDB and JMS.
- Planning and executing project development phase.
- Expertise in managing Cloud / VMWare resources and good exposure on Dockers
- Familiar with application development best practices"
