Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Customer Journey Expert
BA with product owner experience .A leader in this role will engage in and drive development for the analytics, surveillance and data portion of the riskCanvas End-to-End Anti-Money Laundering Tool Suite. This person will work to grow the business through creating groundbreaking technical solutions in order to maintain and grow our client base. Use of technical solutions to transform and analyze large data sets is crucial to this role. Also necessary is expertise in big data, data storage and retrieval, methods of analysis and statistical calculation, optimization and algorithm design and implementation. As a technical leadership role, comfort in quickly designing and explaining solutions to clients is key. Working both directly and indirectly for clients, one would need excellent consulting and technical skills and the ability to work with both high level business leaders and technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business requirements are translated to the backlog by user stories (what is needed, for whom and why) and use of scrum teams (how) to realize targets and mission the best way possible
- Drive solution designs and translate these into clear user stories in the backlog.
- Ensure requirements are dealt with in the relevant backlogs
- Own the product backlog and ensure it is visible, transparent, clear and aligned.
- Manage stakeholders by proactively communicating on progress, impediments and priorities
- Define a roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders across the end to end chain.
- Provide guidance on the operational necessities and appropriate direction on prioritization to the relevant teams
- Work closely with Product Owners in the Tribe Data Management Operations and other business lines to achieve the best overall results
- Drive continuous improvement.

- You take responsibility, steer strategy and execution based on facts and data,
- You have managerial courage to ask questions and make decision
- You have strong influencing skills, are result-driven with persistence and a can-do mentality
- You have a proven track record working as CJE/Product owner in complex projects in an international environment.
- You focus on delivery through collaboration, have the ability to bring people together to work towards the same purpose.
- You have outstanding social and communication skills (ability to communicate clearly, effectively and consistently in different contexts and cultures).
- You are excellent in slicing projects to MVP s that create continuous impact in a complex environment. Comfortable working in in an international context
- Concrete experience with working in a data and IT driven organization
- Strong relationship management experience, with prior experience working collaboratively in a cross functional team
- You are easy to work with, excellent organization sensitivity skills, and have a drive to work in a bank-wide, international environment.
- You see giving and receiving constructive feedback as an important condition for working well together
- Skilled in communicating complex topics and solutions and open to ideas from others. Experienced to communicate by means of Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Powerpoint, Outlook

- Bachelor s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
