Description :
As an assistant manager, you will be tasked with:
- Connect with research and benchmarking user to understand project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Conceive, design and execute secondary research on: Deals confidently with challenges by responding with a rationale to support their argument.
- Guide Senior Analysts (SA) and Business Associates (BA) across each stage of projects.
- Work collaboratively with onshore teams in the development of and delivery of presentations.
- Contribute to BU level initiatives / assist in executing tasks
Profile :
- Proven track record of handling large teams across projects.
- Work for skewed hours and align with geographies at hand.
- Fully dedicated and passionate towards people management.
- Reporting to senior stakeholders on a regular basis with data driven insights.
- Is passionate and seeks a growth trajectory working long hours on a need basis.
