Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Technical Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator who is required for a Tier 1 investment bank supporting the Human Resource Technology group. This is a global technology team that supports the global human resource portfolio. We are onboarding a number of external hosted 3rd party vendor systems to support our business and this role is for a Technical Project Coordinator to manage the technology onboarding process for 3rd party vendor systems.
The role would suit candidates who have broad experience in information systems security controls, software system architecture, cyber security, data lifecycle management, strong coordination skills and ability to multitask. You will be responsible for coordinating with business users, risk assessment teams, information security controls teams and 3rd party vendors to ensure vendor software systems are compliant to organization s security policy. The candidate should have the ability to interact with technology subject matter experts and translate technical terms into simple understandable content to non-technical business users. The role would also involve implementing Single Sign On solution and setting up channels to securely transfer files between different networks.
Responsibilities
The role requires someone who is flexible, able to respond to a dynamic business environment, and able to take ownership and responsibility for the delivery deadlines. The candidate must be adaptable to work across multiple technologies and disciplines, with a focus on delivering quality solutions for the business in a timely fashion.
- The candidate should possess strong software engineering skills, a logical approach to problem solving, be able to work in a fast-paced environment liaising with demanding stakeholders to understand complex requirements and be able to prioritize work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Minimum qualifications
- B. Tech, B.C.A, M.C.A
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in techno-functional role with extensive exposure in coordinating with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of software system architecture and information security controls.
- Full software development lifecycle understanding.
- Good Problem solving and analytical skills
- Good storyteller with excellent communication skills (written/verbal).
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize & juggle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Team player with flexible attitude for continuous learning, knowledge sharing and goes beyond the call of duty to ensure task completion and client delight.
- Proactively follow-up on any pending tasks and escalate timely.
- LEAN thinker: always look out for ideas to optimize existing processes.
- Prior experience in software development projects.
- Prior knowledge of Information Systems Security Controls/ Cyber Security aspects.
- Knowledge of Agile framework (Kanban).
- Trained on any cloud platforms like AWS, Azure.
- Trained or certified in LEAN, Six Sigma, CCNA, CISSP, PMP.
