We are looking out for Dynamic Business Development Professional to Manage Construction Finance / Real Estate Finance Business

One of the Highly Reputed Financial and Investment Services Provider in India, having more than 100 branches all over India .

Position : Senior RM / RM - Construction Finance .

Location : Pune

Qualification : Master / Post Graduate / MBA

Experience : Minimum 6 12 years of Business Development exposure to Real Estate Finance / Construction Finance Business.

Exposure to Deal and Manage the transaction of 40 Cr & above.

Job Requirement & Profile :

1. Construction Finance Business Development & Portfolio Management.
2. Deal Sourcing, Negotiation & Closure.
3. Assessing Transaction Feasibility & Deal structuring
4. Coordinate with Technical, Legal & other internal Team
5. Financial Modelling
6. Market Research
