Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, IT
This role lies with Genpact Corporate IT -Compute Management Division. You will be responsible for supporting corporate Compute operations 24X7 for internal IT. You will be working actively on the operational issues along with internal / external partners to recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive). You will have tremendous opportunities learn in one of the biggest Compute group in the industry.
Responsibilities- Ensure delivery of the project as per client specification, project plan
- Co-ordinate with client for project delivery and reporting
- Ensure adherence to software development processes by the project team.
- Review reports/artifacts.
- Good knowledge of Oracle Apps standards, Table structure, Architecture and databases
- Database Structure Design: - Design for Tables, Views, Sequences, Synonyms, database triggers etc.
- Application Development: - Development of reports, Creation of SQL Packages, functions and procedures
- Integrations and interfacing: - Integration of other applications with Oracle
Minimum qualifications
- Graduate in Technology (any stream)
- Language Required -Oracle PL SQL, Performance Tuning and Partitioning
- Tools- Toad, SQL Developer
- Experience in data migration will be added advantage.
- B.Tech/BE/MCA in Computer Science, computer applications, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Development expertise.
- Highly self-driven.
- Willingness to learn, good problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
- Excellent customer handling skills and communication skills
- Good understanding of Business, IT and Technical Environment and interdependencies.
