We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, ERP
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering solution offerings primarily related to ERP risk management namely, Application Controls Assurance, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and interface controls assurance.
Demonstrate IT risk knowledge/experience including design of effective control processes, development of test requirements, and/or testing controls for effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Ensure client service delivery in accordance with the quality guidelines & methodologies
Build and maintain client relationship by understanding and being responsive to client needs and ensuring high quality of deliverables
Contribute to people and knowledge development initiatives by developing training material and conducting training
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and communication skills including the ability to research and understand complex processes and effectively communicate them to interested parties
Demonstrate superior relationship building and relationship management skills
Work towards building IT risk management solutions in the ERP environment, participate and respond to RFPs, proposals relevant to ERP risk management
Handle customer discussions for reporting observations, presenting proposals and status updates on current projects
Identify new business opportunities with clients and support in proposal development for ERP Risk Management solutions
Manage teams of multi-location professionals
Working out an effort estimate for different proposals, providing pipeline inputs to Finance teams, and tracking different opportunities through various deal life cycles
Manage projects from resourcing, scheduling to impeccable delivery
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
CA / MBA
Preferred skills
Principles of SOD and Application Controls identification, documentation, and testing
Experience in conducting SOD and Application Controls reviews for clients, preparing a report, and discussing with client senior stakeholders for closure and next steps
Well versed with functionalities and controls within leading ERPs (SAP ECC and Hana, Oracle EBS and Fusion, JDE, Microsoft Dynamix, etc)
Knowledge of SAP GRC Access and Process controls modules would be preferred
Able to lead a team and lead client conversations in recommending controls and provide regular status updates to customers
Experience in working with the implementation team to implement application configuration, interface, and business process controls recommendations
Experience in solution and practice development, lead conversations with internal business leads and sales partners to identify opportunities and avenues to embed required solution
In-depth knowledge/experience of business processes (Procure to Pay, Record To Report, Order to Cash, Mfg. to Inventory, etc.), functional knowledge of leading ERPs and interfaces including project management, change management, and access management
Excellent English communication and writing skills
Project management capabilities
Ability to manage and motivate team of professionals
Good interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel
