Job Description
Data BA Technical Lead
Sound understanding of the Data Management system/SQL/Business Intelligence and
overall workflow and needs from client
Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the clients
and propose appropriate statistical techniques and leverage the results
Ability to understand, capture and document business and technical requirements, Data
Engineering, Exploratory Data Analysis and Visualization
Responsible for the overall quality, timeliness, effectiveness and efficiency of delivery, to
contribute to design, development, testing, task estimation and scheduling
Ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging
technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible
Should have background on Data Based decision making, which impacts Business KPIs
for a specific domain
Identify the right data sets which influences the KPIs Guide the team to identify the right
variables, which map to the business problem
Excellent communication and analytical skills, attention to detail Immense confidence and
ability to see things to completion Tools: Experience in Power BI, advance excel and SQL.
