1. Working with the founders to develop a product from scratch as well as making improvements in the current products.

2. Leading the development and implementation of a scope and sequence for Educational Technology and integration into all areas of learning.

3. Strong experience in systems architecture & in building scalable tech platforms

4. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

5. Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.

6. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments

7. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns

8. Evaluating product performance metrics and facilitating adjustments.
