Responsible for maximizing Premium generation by achieving sales target assigned to him/her thus ensuring profitability of Insurance business. Maximization of business through selling of motor insurance & health insurance by using agency channel.
Key Responsibilities Area
1. Agent Recruitment
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
2. Agent Development
Ensure product knowledge by ways of training
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
3. Meet Business Targets
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Improve agent productivity & persist-ency
Ensure companies product mix sales ration and adhere to the business norms.
Desired Candidate Profile :
*Minimum two years of experience in GI agency Channel.
*Candidate should be target Oriented.
*Graduate with good communication skills
Salary : Fixed Salary + Incentives
