Roles and Responsibilities
We have urgent openings for the position of Area Manager with most of the leading life Insurance company in Direct Sales Vertical.
Job Description :-
- Managing a team of 8-10 Relationship Managers
- Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets
- Provide in-the-field support to direct reports by joining them on calls and providing coaching and feedback based on performance
- Responsible for capacity building at branch level
- Cross sell and up sell of products products based on the life cycle needs of the customers
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be a Graduate
- Candidates with the age of upto 30 years should only apply for this position
- Should have minimum 4 years and above experience in Insurance sales
- Should have average job stability of 2 years and above
Desired Candidate Profile
- Team Handling Experience preferred.
- Must have min 4 years of experience into Life Insurance Sector.
- Should be a Graduate
- Good Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of local Geographical area.
