Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring complete controllership in the unit by means of adherence to all laid down polices and guidelines.
• Providing or arranging training for both on and off the job staff. Has to ensure that the team is updated on latest internal changes or additions in processes, latest regulatory guidelines so as to ensure that there is no regulatory violation by company while processing the transactions.
• Accountable and responsible for implementation and adherence of business policy for the product specific.(TW/CAR/CV/TRACTOR/REFINANCE/SME)
• Supervise, monitor and evaluate performance of CPU staff and ensure all retail loan application process within turnaround time with speed and accuracy.
• Achieve a cost saving target through elimination of non-value added process which comes in domain.
• Ensure nil audit queries by reviewing processes periodically.
• Identifying areas of automation and creating adequate backups for each jobs to reduce person dependency and enhance controllership.
• Ensuring that individual and team productivity are maintained/ achieved as per set benchmarks for all CPU units based at Jaipur.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring KYC compliance in document verification and updation in system.
