Location:- Bangalore, Jodhpur

Position Purpose: Responsible for the operations of the branch. Set and achieve branch business, product mix, operating cost targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Reporting to Regional Manager

Span of Control

A team of 8 frontline sales managers directly reporting to the BM

Assistant branch manager-(Where applicable)

A team of 4 FLS reporting to ABM-indirect reporting to BM

Specific Responsibilities

Planning & Implementing all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the branch.
