Job Description

One of our client which is into Textile Chemicals is looking for :

R & D Manager

Profile :

Min 10 yrs experience, preferably in a mid size firm manufacturingadditives for textiles, paints, adhesives, and surfactants.

Adept in synthesizing new molecules of additives

Knowledge of silicone oils is preferred, and developmentof new silicone moleculeswould be a value added advance

Must have working knowledgeof textile processing and chemicals used in various stages

Ability to develop and mentor R&D team and scale up efforts for the organization.

Salary : Negotiable.
