We are hiring US Staffing Professionals for our Visakhapatnam branch!
Role: IT Recruiter/ Sr IT Recruiter(US Staffing)
Location: Visakhapatnam
Experience- 1 years- 5 years
Salary: Negotiable (as per market standards)
Shift Timing - 7 PM IST -4 AM IST
Additional responsibilities
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview,Offer,negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisition.
Well versed about US Tax Terms and Visas,
Responsible to work on contract, permanent & C2H (Contract to hire) positions.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of interviews and placement.
Maintain close contact with candidates / Vendors / recruiters / offshore team.
Note: - Candidates who have experience into US Staffing are requested to reply only!!!!!
