Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new leads.
Work with the Regional Directors and Business Stream Leaders to develop and implement business development
plans for the regions/service areas
Arrange successful business meetings with principle Architect & Prospective clients
Promote the companys products addressing or predicting clients objectives with value added solutions.
Prepare sales detail and reports ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Proven working experience as a business development manager/Senior Sales Executive or a relevant role
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Graduation Degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
Location: Gurgaon, Hyderabad , Mumbai
Salary: 20-60K per month
