Job Description
- Lead strategic planning & Engineering Development, Testing & Deployment activities to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation/development/deployment of services.- Oversee governance processes of the product life cycle to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organization's resources are used responsibly.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs, wherever needed.
- Work closely with the management & product strategy team to determine the direction of software development, solutions, and product offerings.
- Lead development and execution of an enterprise-wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and servers.
- Oversee current best practices for the product technology framework and establish the scalable, secure, reliable, and closed-looped architecture for Inuxu products.
- Establish and supervise a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.
- Select, deploy, and monitor performance profiling tools and procedures.
- Review and approve proposed development releases and manage the release process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices and inculcate those for Inuxu products where applicable.
- Ensure company technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications :
- Strong Engineering Background especially previous hands-on development experience in Java tech stack including J2EE, Spring, Hibernate & extensive knowledge of databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Apache Hadoop.
- Experience in Selenium, DevOps & Data-Analytics
- Strong experience in Application Services like Apache Tomcat, Hazelcast, Jenkins, Terraform, etc.
- Experience in cloud technologies & services like Linode, Nginx, hazelcast and spring-boot. AWS knowledge will be a plus.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools like Nagios, Web dashboards, Grafana, etc.
- Good understanding of Big Data technologies including Apache Hadoop, Hive, Pig, MapReduce & Apache Spark.
- Good understanding of software architecture, data, algorithms, and Data centre infrastructure
- Good understanding of SaaS Platform and Self-service
- Hands-on experience in building application security & disaster recovery.

- Proven online ad tech experience, working for RTB exchange, SSP, DSP or ad server company
- Understanding of cookies, also in the mobile landscape
- Mobile experiences: bridging App, API, SDK, Mobile Web, webview and Leadership
- Coached team leaders and engineers to improve
- Agile and Scrum Management
