Technical Architect - Java/data @ Staffio HR

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9+ years of strong hands-on development experience including Exposure to app servers

- Ability to learn new Technologies. Being a growing Start-up, we experiment a lot and try out new Technologies

- Experience in Algorithmic development and good knowledge of Data-Structures

- Experience developing scalable Web services using REST or SOAP

- Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate

- Client side development experience using XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON is a great plus

- Working knowledge of Linux and Unix

- Implementation of Distributed system software to ensure high reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability

- Previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project is preferred

- Expertise in Erlang /OTP, Mnesia is added advantage

- Exposure to BigData technologies like Hadoop, MapReduce, Storm etc. is added advantage

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
