Job Description

End to end recruitment.
Ownership of accounts in IT Hiring until end to end delivery.
Managing the entire accounts and mentoring, grooming the team.
Effective Utilization of various sourcing channels such as Naukri, Monster, Social Media, LinkedIn and Candidate Referral.
Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites.
Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description.
Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate.
Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join.
