Source candidates through various recruitment channels viz. job Portals, referral, LinkedIn, and through other networking sites. Telephonic HR screening of the candidates as per the given Job Description. Provide timely feedback to the candidates and build strong rapport with the candidate. Post selection Follow up with offered candidates till they join.
