We Hiring Candidates For The Post Of : TEAM LEAD - NON IT RECRUITMENT

* Leading the Talent Acquisition team of 8 Talent Acquistion Team members, defining and ensuring they meet their targets
* Hands On Experience in hiring for Voice, Non Voice, Technical Support & Other BPO Process
* SPOC for all corporate hiring needs within the company.
* Will be Responsible for the end to end hiring process.
* Will be a single point for TA Operations PAN India managing customer queries, billing, resource planning and management
* Must Be A DOER
* Must Be Responsible For The ROI of the Team.
