Executive Sourcing/Purchase - International Business
- Female
- Minimum B.Pharm or BSc with Biotechnology/Chemistry
- Candidate must be dynamic and enthusiastic to achieve the assigned work
- Preferably from Pharma Background
- Age: Between 24years to 35years
- Fluency in English is must
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills are mandatory
- Experience of at least 2years or more in pharmaceutical purchase
- Willing to travel, if needed
Job Description
Requirement at Trayam Exports Private Limited, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
- Identify potential suppliers for Medicines, Medical supplies, Medical furniture, and Medical equipment from India, China, S.E. Asia, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe, USA, and other part of the world.
- Establish communication with potential suppliers and select product categories that are in line with corporate strategy.
- Preliminary scrutiny of suppliers based on Quality Certifications and International Accreditations.
- Arrange Technical documents and Product Dossiers from new suppliers and/or new products and sharing with QA for approval.
- Shortlisted Suppliers to be shared with QA team for further assessment and approval by effectively handling internal communication.
- Identification of potential wholesalers from India, China and S.E.Asia for Medicines and Medical Supplies.
- Supplier Rationalization in long run to achieve corporate objective.
