The position is responsible leading and providing support to the teams to ensure effective, efficient and accurate processing of all HR & Payroll matters. The position is required to be a hands-on advisor and business partner from both an operational and a strategic perspective.
Total exp of 8-10 years, min 2 years in a management/leadership position responsible for leading a team. Must have experience of working for a multinational corporate company, including operations in Sub-Saharan Africa Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation and payroll, organization development, employee relations, safety, training and development Strong computer skills including proficiency in Excel and skills in database management, electronic record keeping and HRMS. Excellent knowledge of labour relations and Indian legislature relating to employment
