Designation: Manager - HRSSC

Job Description:
The HR SSC lead will have responsibilities to Design and Deliver the Employee on Records Onboard to Retire processes across the implementation Countries which includes Program Participation, Solution Design, Service Delivery and Stakeholder Management.
Responsible for defining and documenting business and functional requirements and compare, suggest changes in the system and process for EOR employees
Represent HR SSC and HR in requirement gathering, planning and project management meetings.
Conduct meetings, in depth research processes, collect data, and analyses information to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the Global Common Model.
