Strong Java and object-oriented programming and design skills
Strong J2EE and database skills
Exposure to any of the development frameworks like SpringSpring BootVaadin etc.
Knowledge of SDLC
Must have hands on experience in writing complex backend code
Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player
