Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, well-versed in Boolean search, driven and passionate about recruitment candidates who will fit the role of Talent Acquisition specialist with our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Utilizing sourcing strategies for talent acquisition for sales and non-sales roles
Identifying strong and applicable talent for all positions pipeline from different channels and proactively working towards meeting strict timelines
Initial screening of candidates and in-depth behaviour and competency interviewing
Supporting HR Manager in all new recruitment initiatives and projects
Requirements:
3 years in screening and interviewing
Flexible attitude, growth mindset, able to work under pressure and changing business requirements
Attentive to details, self-organized, inviting feedback
