Job Description
We are one of the largest insurance brokers in the UAE and We are looking for energetic and self-motivated tele sales professionals who will go out of their way to delight our existing or new customers and who will be liaising between clients and insurance companies as a home-based job.This is a long-term job opportunity and available immediately for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
Job Description:
Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
Influence customers to buy the company products and by following a prepared sales script to provide excellent service.
Action revival and recycle leads, obtain customer information and update request status.
Complete new lead requests by registering customers information in the lead form system & to assign it to the appropriate business units.
Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed on daily basis.
Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements & access insurance portal to check on the value.
Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.
Answer customers calls and ensure calling back missed and abandoned calls.
Support the unit manager in any additional assignments.
Skills and Background:
Proven experience in telemarketing representative, sales, customer service or relevant position.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Patient and able to handle customers rejection
Persistent and result oriented
Skilled on negotiation
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelors degree from a reputed university
Demonstrable success working in tele sales or sales
Apt phone etiquette and friendly phone voice
Polished convincing and negotiations skills
Very good MS Office skills, navigating in multiple portals and systems
Analytical skills crucial for preparing quotation strategy
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Flexibility and openness to innovation and improvement
Technical requirements:
Laptop / Desktop (Core i5 10th or 11th gen, 6-8gb ram, 500gb - 1TB hard disk)
Headset - USB based headset and noise-cancelling
Internet speed - 10mbps
Uninterrupted power supply system and back up of 2-4 hours should be enough
