JD:

Oversee training development of Emodules and other learning aids.
Oversee business administration activities and global curricula management for GQ and GRA
Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness success and ROI periodically and report on them
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends developments and best practices
Develop dashboards for routine status communications and provide quality oversight on all training related deliverables as needed
