Job Description

Responsibilities- Providing a strong Customer Experience. Maintaining relationships with Customers and Venue Owners. Connect with the customers and invite them for a recce. Convert leads to visits (recce) and visits (recce) to bookings (conversion). Coordinate with the owner, caterer and decorator to ensure all commitments are delivered. Cross Sell/ Upsell Weddingz Services. Ideate to increase property business. Ideate to increase the occupancy level of the property. Work with corporate team to market the venue, weddingz services and to execute any local marketing initiatives. Revenue Management and Collections.
