Team Lead/ AM / Manager
Education: Any Graduate
US IT Recruitment experience will not be considered
Salary:
TL 4.5 Lakhs + Incentives
AM - 5.5 Lakhs + Incentives
Manager 8.5 Lakhs + Incentives
Mandatory that the candidate should be from consulting environment only.
Hands-on experience in End to End Recruitment
Good in Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling Interviews.
Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
Ability to meet the targets on a regular basis - Very Aggressively.
Managing Interview Drives.
Handling team, Client interaction
Responsible for timely delivery of all MIS/ monthly/ quarterly /weekly reporting of recruitment metrics to clients & senior management.
Take leadership in meeting recruitment targets and meeting recruitment deliverables within the defined framework and as per the timelines.
Timely feedback to the respective team members on quality and deliverable
