Handling of Tower Crane on Field
Batching Plant
Knowledge in Handling Steel cutting & Steel Bending Machine
Batching Plant
Knowledge in Maintaince in C.V Repairing
To prepare in house tender BOQ for new projects.
To prepare estimate & costing for new projects.
To prepare water calculations for Plumbing & FFS system.
To prepare rate analysis as per specifications of BOQ.
To shortlist vendors for new projects.
To prepare comparison sheets of various vendors BOQ for new project.
Sort out all drawing issues & co-ordination issues with the help of client & consultant.
Co-ordination between client & contractor for all site issues
Following up with consultant for necessary approval of shop drawings, approval of materials, etc.
To maintain quality of job at various stages during installation.
Co-ordination for execution of all services like Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC, Utility piping, ASU Installation, Installation of central air conditioning systems. Heat exchangers
To prepare Site progress report.
To prepare cash flow statements
To set commercial targets & plan accordingly.
To control CTC of MEP work.
To prepare in house tender BOQ for new projects.
To prepare estimate & costing for new projects.
To prepare water calculations for Plumbing & FFS system.
To prepare rate analysis as per specifications of BOQ.
To shortlist vendors for new projects.
To prepare comparison sheets of various vendors BOQ for new project.
Sort out all drawing issues & co-ordination issues with the help of client & consultant.
Co-ordination between client & contractor for all site issues
Following up with consultant for necessary approval of shop drawings, approval of materials, etc.
To maintain quality of job at various stages during installation.

ITC for all underground services like Hydrant lines, chilled water supply & return lines, storm water lines, sewage lines, HT & LT cables and domestic water lines.
ITC for STP & WTP& RO Plants
Co-ordination for LPG gas bank, Biogas, High Speed Diesel System, Hydro pneumatic systems
Lifts & faade Work.
To prepare Site progress report.
Maintain all required checklists, drawings, work progress report etc.
