Job Description
Independently do Mould Design till Manufacturing.Responsible for managing the new and running tooling/ Mould.
Study the Customer Requirement and component Parameters for mold Design.
Provide onsite support for Tool Build/ Mould Trials.
Work with process engineer to resolve issues and maintain tool condition for the life of tooling.
Provide support for tooling in production including spare management.
Work with team for design reviews and complete tooling refinement during development.
Work within constraints of Budget, Schedule and scope to manage risk and processes and methodologies through interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal resources.
Defining and managing scope, time, and cost for complex projects.
Visit to the customer end for the project as and when necessary.
Coordination with shop floor & vendors till the manufacturing, assembly and testing of tool.
To create 2D & 3 d Drawings, assembly & drawing of components.
Working on various machines in Tool Room, Milling, Grinding, Surface Grinding, and M1TRO.
Conversion of 3D to 2D, and 2D to 3D, as per requirement.
Assembly of Mould, new as well as maintenance.
