Key Result Areas:

1. Support to stakeholders for query resolutions
2. Training on new process and initiative
3. Processing of offline new business cases if received
4. Monitor pending management, resolve collection in co-ordination with Sales.
5. Calling to Advisors / Leaders and Sales Manager for pending resolution.
