Job Description

SAIBA Module Responsibilities

• All admin work on SAIBA in Admin area (Managing Employee Master , POS Master, Creating USER, Assigning USER Rights ,Creating Brokerage rate Master, Reward Master, updating GST Number of Insurers ,Updating Insurer Branch ,Products and All others )
• Checking of Both types Entries (GI & LI)
• Manage Marine Declarations in SAIBA
• Generating GST bill for both IRDA and Reward on SABA (LI & GI)
• Payment (IRDA, Reward 7 Other payout) Reconciliation for all entries for both LI & GI.
• Generating payment Receipt after receiving payment from insurers against all generated bills.
• Preparing All types Report (Business Report, Brokerage Report,Brokerage Due Reports,Reward Reports)
• Preparing Renewal data and distribute to Concern person.
• Creating Ref Master (SPs Payment)
• Creating Expense Master for other payout)
• Generating other payout bill Manually
• Preparing Reports (Dues & Received )
• Generating payment Receipt after receiving payment from insurers.
• Preparing POS Payable Report
• Generating Transaction after Payment to POS
• POS Business Related Report.
