Job Description

Job Role : IT Support - Assistant Manager / Lead / Senior Executive

Role and Responsibilities:-

• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems Conducting regular system audits
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget
• Providing direction for IT team members
• Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement

Skills Required:-

• Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation Ability to manage personnel
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Education and Experience Requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
