- Scrutinizing CVs as per Job Description from Job Boards like Naukri, Timesjobs and Social Networking Sites.
- Posting ads on job portals.
- Has passion to speak over handphone
- Knowledge of using social media tools.
- Preparing the JD.
- Innovative approach to speak to candidates.
