Job Description
Designation: Sr. Content Writer
Exp: 2 - 5 Years
Salary: 4.5 - 9 LPA
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off
Notice Period: Immediate joiners required / 15 days preferable
Qualification: All graduates can apply
Shift: Night Shift
We are hiring candidates for Sr. Content Writer in Medical Billing (RCM) Industry for our captive unit based at Noida Sector-2. We require the candidates with the ability of multitasking and having a dynamic personality who can serve the organization for the long run.
The employee should be capable of managing a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create and manage content to drive traffic on the website for lead generation.
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms including but not limited to Organic and Paid channels.
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Managing a content marketing budget.
- Measuring the results of marketing activity to inform future marketing campaigns.
- Managing a team of writers, illustrators, and data analysts.
- Implementing SEO best practices.
- Knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to.
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in content or performance marketing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Experience with online community building.
- Data-driven and highly analytical.
- Experience with graphic design.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Proficiency with social media.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
