Roles and Responsibilities
1.)Perform initial level of diagnosis of reported problems and incidents and resolving them when appropriate.
2.)Communicate internally with developers, QA and other departments.
3.)Issues recreation.
4.)Interpreting problems or errors at a basic level and assessing the risk of events and escalating appropriately.
5.)Update issues in a timely manner
6.)Monitoring & follow-up issues until they are closed and close all resolved incidents, requests and other calls.
7.)Managing tasks/work within SLA and updating L2 tickets as per agreed process.
Skills and Competencies Required:
Tech Skills: Knowledge of Database, Linux commands, Shell Scripting, Pattern matching graphs, AWS, Application support,MYSQL database
Educational Qualification:
B.Tech or B.Sc in Computers or BCA in Computers or Equivalent.
