Software Development Engineer In Test @ McAfee

• Design and development of automation test scripts
• Creating/Maintaining the automation framework and doing feasibility analysis for automation.
• Executing different functional use cases with vigor and focus.
• Participate in Exploratory testing of features
• Participation in an Agile Development in SCRUM method.
  

Role Requirements:

• Strong experience of around 2-4 years in Quality Engineering and / or automation Testing of distributed, scalable, high performance Cloud based solutions.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in designing and / or executing automated test plans, test cases based on functional requirements.
• Should be of above and beyond execute-and-gather-results attitude. Ability to correlate various indicators to identify and articulate issues, is a MUST. Willingness to deep dive into issues and contribute to cleaner faster redesigns.
• Hands-on with open source automation testing tools and frameworks
• Experience in one of the public cloud technologies. ( Preferred: AWS. Open for Azure, GCP etc.)
• Experience in Java, Python based test tools
• Strong knowledge in scripting languages preferably Python and Java .
• Expertise in Appium and Selenium is required
• Exposure to microservices and Rest API testing
• Experience in working in agile development and test methodologies.
• White box testing experience is a plus.
