Job Description
DAS WRITING SERVICES PVT. LTD. is looking for Experienced Client Relationship Manager having experience in IT-based service industry for Sector-V, Kolkata Head Office at PS Srijan Corporate Park.
Only apply if you have an MBA Degree and 2-4 years experience in Digital Marketing field, online sales in service industry, B2B model.

As an experienced CRM, you will get the best quality services to present. Your job is to be in regular touch with all our existing relationships, nurture them, guide them, create up-selling opportunities, and working in tandem with the Business Development Team.
JOB ROLE:
1. Be responsible for Client Communications over social media, telephone, video conferences, and any other media as required.
2. Arrange Business Meetings and Video Conferences with Content Head from top level MNCs via multiple channels whenever necessary and drafting Minutes of Meeting.
3. Must work towards increasing client satisfaction and thereby, retain and build long-term associations with large Corporate Clients.
4. We have multiple projects running at a time, you need to work as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between the Clients and the Content teams as an effective communicator to meet the deadlines.
5. Negotiating with the clients and closing the deal, raising quotations, sharing samples, processing the SLAs and documentation.
6. Seek feedback from clients against our services, report the same to the delivery team, and communicate future course of actions to the clients.
7. Create and maintain database/MIS to overlook every client engagement scenario.
8. Assist in promotion, lead generation and opportunity management via online medium, coordinate and follow-up with prospective clients in connection with the Business Development Team.
DESIRED SKILLS:
1. We are looking for candidates with MBA (Marketing) with Excellent Communication Skills in English (both written and verbal).
2. Must have the right corporate conformity, dressing and grooming etiquette.
3. Must have excellent and effective email response writing skills.
4. Must be well versed with video conferencing tools like Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Skype etc.
5. Candidate need to be extremely well versed in English and up to date with modern business jargons to connect with top level corporate clients via phone and video conferences.
6. 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Business Development (Service Industry, B2B).
7. Ample experience in using MS Office Word, MS Excel(Advanced), Power Point, is a must.
8. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
