Job Description

Responsible for smooth Warehouse operation on day to day basis.

Manage the resources through proper allocation & optimum utilization.
Facilitate operational reviews.
Connection adherence as per business.
Report analysis & deriving conclusions.
Maintain standards of health/safety/hygiene & security.
Customer focused & results driven approach.
Maintains physical condition of Hub by planning and implementing new design layouts;
inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
Completes Hub operational requirements by scheduling. Engaging and assigning employees;
following up on work results.
Maintain Hub staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees;
planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Forecast resource requirement & analyze the availability Vs. requirement.
Floor and team management ( 50 people).
