Job Description:
Lepide is hiring for KernelApps Private Ltd(Sister Company).
We are looking for dynamic Technical Support Engineers to join our team in Noida. An ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to analyze customer needs and configure the solution accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical problem resolution to end-users (customers) by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
Guide users through step-by step solutions in a user-friendly and professional manner.
Providing Assistance via remote connection/ Internet/Chat/Tickets and Emails.
Gather customers information and determine the issue Follow standard processes and procedures.
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
Skills required:
1) Good understanding of Windows server (2000/2003/2008/2012), Windows Server concepts.
2) Knowledge on, Share point server, Exchange servers, Office 365, Outlook, MS Office
Desired Candidates profile:

Candidates with IT Software background will be preferred.
Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively.
Excellent written communication.
