Responsibilities a) Stock procurement, Market Research & Analysis b) Achieve the Annualsales target of by implementing sales strategies, analyzing trendsand results. c) Establish salesobjectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for each store;projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. d) Maintain salesvolume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply anddemand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. e) Plan to ensureachievement of sales target of each store, aligning with company sales policiesand strategies. f) Manage, develop,coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensurethat a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIare met. g) Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and toassess the quality of companys relationship with themg) Provide daily,weekly, monthly, quarterly report of sales performance of each store. h) Doregular visits / audits at the store to check the adherence to the companyssales process and strategies. 1. Qualification / Experience Minimum of a Bachelors degree in sales, operations or businessadministration or equivalent. Masters degree in sales, operations or business administrationis added advantage Must have advanced computer knowledge and skills. Minimum 10 years ofrelated experience with retail industry (Jewellery industry or any luxuriousbrand preferred) 2. Any other special requirement Responsible to meet the annual sales target ofthe company. Must initiative sales strategies and initiativesconsidering the demography of each regionEmployement Category:
