key skills:  As an administrator candidate should be able to do system administration, incident/problem determination and resolution on a 24/7 basis incident,problem,change and configuration management, service incidents and queries within the agreed service levels. Perform service request based on standard operating procedures.

Handling emails & service requesting using remote tools.

knowledge of Microsoft based operating system.

Good communication (written & oral),presentation skills,quick learner,open to work in shifts.
