Senior DFT Engineer

Our client is a US based startup founded by industry veterans with solid track record of technology innovation and business execution and deep domain expertise in multi-gigabit technologies. We are building advanced connectivity solutions for next generation autonomous driving systems featuring highly scalable, very high data-rate and secure end-to-end connectivity solutions to fuel the needs of AI processors and advanced sensors.

Job Description: 

We are currently in search of a DFT Engineer with in-depth expertise. Key responsibilities of the role include -participation in the definition, implementation, and verification of DFT micro-architecture for our connectivity solution while meeting the highest quality standards associated with automotive products; collaboration with design, verification, and physical design engineers to achieve silicon objectives 

Qualification:

• Proven track record of DFT insertion and validation.
• Expertise with ATPG stuck-at and at-speed scan and boundary scan, logic BIST, memory BIST and boundary scan insertion
• Experience creating and debugging test patterns.
• Strong expertise with Perl, Python and TCL scripting.
• Understanding of ASIC verification methodologies.
• Experience working with source control tools, bug management tools and release management tools such as Jenkins, Git, Jira.
• Experience with automotive product development and associated flows will be a big plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill and ability to work collaboratively.
• Bachelors in electrical engineering or equivalent and 5+ years of experience
