Location: Rayagada, Odisha
The details are as follows:
1. Position Title: Medical OHC (Refinery)
Qualification: MBBS+AFIH certified
Experience: Minimum 5+ Years of relevant experience post qualification
Justification: This is an approved position in the medical services org. chart. This position is responsible for the following activities
As a Specialist Doctors the incumbent has to ensure the diagnosis and treatment of the patients from employees. Advising and educating employees on their health issues. Advising organizations and implementing all occupational health statutory compliance. Proactively participate in implementing community based health initiative in project affected villages in the areas of Child care and so on.
2. Position Title: Gynecologist
Qualification: Post Grad Degree
Experience: 10+ Years of relevant experience post qualification (Negotiable)
Justification: This is an approved position in the medical services org. chart. This position is responsible for the following activities
- Conduct Patient Medical Examinations
- Develop diagnoses for patients, using information gathered from examinations and symptoms reported by the patient to determine the causes of reproductive issues.
- Perform Surgery and Other Medical Procedures & Prescribe Medication
- Provide Assistance During Childbirth
- In addition to providing direct patient care, gynecologists also promote patient health and well-being through programs within hospitals and communities. These can include regular screenings, community outreach and education, and programs to provide examinations and treatment
This position will report to DH Medical services.
3.Position Title: Anesthesiologist (Fresher/Retired)
Qualification: Post Grad Degree (Doctor of Medicine degree with anesthesiology)
Experience: Fresher/Just retired from Service
Justification: This position is responsible for the following activities
This is responsible for patient care throughout the surgical experience: before, during, and after the surgery itself. This position will report to DH Medical services.
- Evaluating patients vital signs, medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors
- Working with a medical team to design a patients treatment plan
- Supervising nurses when they administer anesthesia to patients before procedures
- Monitoring vital signs of the patient during surgery and adjusting anesthetics as needed
- Maintaining detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing and vital signs
- Continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness
- Communicating continuing care instructions to specialists and nurses
4. Position Title: Radiologist (Fresher/Retired)
Qualification: Post Grad Degree/ bachelor's degree+ specialization of radiology
Experience: Fresher/Just retired from Service
Justification: This position is responsible for the following activities
This is responsible to use imaging technology to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries. This position will report to DH Medical services.
- Evaluate patient medical history
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as MRIs, X-rays, CT scans, etc.
- Operate imaging technology and machinery
- Accurately read and interpret results
- Diagnose ailments and injuries
- Refer patient to appropriate medical professional
- Continue learning and improving skills and evidence of such in the past
