Job Description

OAWA invites applications for the position of Professor and Assistant Professor.

Should be proficient in one or more of the following subjects:

• Basic Economics (macro & micro)
• Basic Accounting concepts
• Taxation
• Portfolio Management Theory

• They would be required to conduct online lectures, with each class having a duration of 90 mins(approx)
• The students will be taught on a proprietary LMS
• Teaching content and material will be provided by OAWA
• Average working hours will be 3-5 hours per day for six days a week

An ideal OAWA Faculty Member:

• Should have the ability to teach in a simple and lucid manner to be understood by the students who may not have prior knowledge of finance
• Should be proficient in English
• Shall conduct weekly/monthly student assignments
• Address all student queries during or after class through emails and chat facilities
• Assess student response and accordingly suggest changes to the content if necessary
• The faculty members may also be required to assist the Course Director in curating and/or creating fresh course material according to the class requirements.
