We are looking for an effective Warehouse Officer / Asst.Manager to direct receiving, warehousing and distribution operations. You will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing and dispatch of consignments.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by supervising, organizing and directing manpower.
Train & manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short- and long-term performance goals
Manage transportation vehicles for in bound and out bound logistics operations
Resolve any delivery related complaint, issues quickly and effectively.
Maintain the security of warehouse and effective ways to reduce shrinkage
Review, monitor and maintain required documents for safety, security and quality processes

Experience: 4 - 6 Years

Salary Bandwidth: 2.5 LPA 3.5 LPA
